Sleep hygiene....Fireworks last night. My dog was distressed. Got to bed at 00:04...2 hours late.

Woke up with my alarm.  06:30....

Looked at my Garmin watch, Vivoactive HR.  Hadn't put my feet on the floor.  92 steps on the watch....

Guess I have a night time fitness routine.

The focus needs to be on comfort so thanks for that.
Try EPR=3
critically see which settings you like better, current or previous, this is purely a subjective choice.

Same thing Dave, but try EPR=1
Again we are looking for comfort.

If taking EPR higher resulted in a negative, in comfort here, we want to take it in the other direction and see.
