Do you have an amazing story that you think could be a record then why not post it!

Today I broke my sleep record by sleeping for over 10 hours Now that doesnt seem much to most but my normal sleep hours are between 4-6 hours, so you can imagine my face when realising what the time was. I know some sleep for alot longer than this. Also my AHI for this sleep was 16 but Im not taking much notice of this has I feel good and my body knows best. So do you have a record with proof would be better

Longest I have slept after starting CPAP was 18hrs. I had just come off a 3 day insomnia binge. I was told I was woken up several times but never had my eyes open all the way and never verbally responded with words that made any sense. I don't remember it.

The next night I slept ten hours. I typically sleep anywhere from 5-9hrs depending on season.

My longest sleep time according to SleepyHead is 10 hours 6 minutes on November 14, 2011.

With my new machine I slept 10 hrs 26 min and 32 sec the other day. I changed from a Respironics M series 400 to a Respironics Pro One 550 about 20 days ago. I go and see my sleep Dr. in Pittsburgh next Wednesday to evaluate how the new set-up is working.

Shortest night, around 30 minutes. Longest, just a bit over 12 hours. Average, 6 to 7 hours.

My record is eight hours and I regretted it. If I sleep more than seven hours, I usually wake up with a severe headache. Normal sleep is 6 to 6 1/2 hours.
