RE: 0 AHI with Oscillations
Oscillations aren't Apnea, so they're not flagged.
Mask Primer
Positional Apnea
Attach OSCAR, etc.

RE: 0 AHI with Oscillations
Have 2 tennis balls in my back, soft cervical collar, cube pillow(?) and ResMed airtouch f20 (best of a dozen or so I've tried). Have been advised to sleep on one or other side, prefer right. I think my bottom line is insufficient hours of sleep and have no idea at this point how to extend hours of sleep. Medications don't help although now taking 500 mg Methocarbamal and .5 mg Ropinirole for RLMS and RLS 24 Nov 2024 titration results are helping calf cramping.
RE: 0 AHI with Oscillations
You have come a long way with pressure support, but are approaching your apneic threshold for centrals at PS 5. You clearly need this high pressure support to deal with the very high flow limitations that seem to be very persistent in your therapy and are surprisingly understated by the statistics. It may be interesting to see some close-ups of the flow wave to see if the extremely flattened flow has improved. For oscillations try working with high and very-high trigger to see if that helps.
I had to refer back to some of your previous threads to check your history. It would help if you keep therapy questions in a single thread. I can merge if you wish.

Merge OK with me. Zoom shot attached.

Those peak inspiratory flow limits are still there, and we can see this is a RERA with an arousal. This image is classic RERA and hypopnea arising from flow limitation, and I have included it in the Flow Limitation Wiki.
