RE: CPAP therapy (AHI 56.9) - Oscar/sleephq review please
So, I've been trying to adjust to the higher pressure over the past few days, and it seems like I'm finally comfortable at a pressure of 14.

Do you think I should try increasing it to 15 ? Also, could you tell me more about flow limits ? Whats the ideal range it should be?

It would be best to stay in the current setting because you are doing well. The CAs should diminish within a few weeks.
You can read about FLs on the wiki. The baseline is that it should be below 0.1 (95%). But lower is always better.

Hello, I've been experiencing nasal congestion for the past few days. Sometimes my nose becomes completely blocked and using a Nasal Spray to clear it.

The indoor temp at night is usually below 22°C and humidity is 80% (as per my Air Purifier). Climate control and Tube temp are on auto mode. Do you have any suggestions for optimizing these settings ?

I had similar issues and figured the overly dry air was (partially)  to blame.
Here is my solution:
Humidity setting 7 with hose temperature 30C. This setting is about the rainout limit in my area.
Switching from nasal pillow to nasal cradle (under the nose) is essential because when the pillow leaks, the air is first blown into your nose before seascapes after making a U-turn. Hence, the leak dries your nose. The pillow avoids this even when it leaks.
I also used the products below.

HylaMist nasal spray against nasal congestion

TURBINE Nasal Dilator from RHINOMED to use instead of Nasal Strips

Thank you for the suggestions. I will try these settings tonight. I'm using Resmed [DME Link Removed]  Nasal Mask. Do I need to change mask as well ?

Any recommendations for the mask ? I use [DME Link Removed]

Pillow or cradle (under-the-nose) nasal masks make inhalation easier because they inflate the nose from the inside out (as Sleeprider pointed out). Therefore, they are also suggested for congestion problems—for instance, the Philips Dreamwear under-the-nose mask or its very similar ResMed version.
