Resvent iBreeze 25STA

My husband has a Resvent iBreeze 25STA and it keeps saying Error Code 203: Turbine running abnormally every time we turn it on. It’s going on two months that he’s been without his machine because we can’t find someone to repair it or point us in the correct direction. I found one article saying to take the machine apart and let it dry out. And I have taken it apart and left it apart for days and the error code is still popping up. Please help us.
