SD Card issue?
#11
RE: SD Card issue?
I solved the problem of the S9 not reading the SD card after loading the data to ReScan in windows 8.1 as follows:

1) take the SD card out of the S9
2) lock the SD card
3) Put the SD card into the PC card slot
4) download the data to ResScan
5) take the SD card from the PC card slot
6) unlock the SD card
7) insert the card back to the S9

After this I had no more problems. It looks like the windows 8 changes some file in the card that S9 does not recognize

A well know issue with W8. W8 feels compelled to write a hidden system file "System Volume Information" to the card. This has been around since Windows XP for Hard Drives... why they implemented it for an SD card is a mystery.

Is there a message on the S9 machine when you insert the card back into the CPAP?
Get the free OSCAR CPAP software here.
Useful links.
Click here for information on the main alternative to CPAP.
If it's midnight and a DME tells you it's dark outside, go and check it yourself.
