Scored well but still Sleepy

RE: Scored well but still Sleepy
Thank you!

Instead of showing 0.00 to 1.00, I limited the y-axis to 0.10 because I read here that having flow limitations above 0.10 will result in tiredness.

I wanted this chart to be almost like binary code; if I can see the peak = good, if the peak is off the chart = bad.

Hi, everyone.

Thank you for the great tips, I feel less tired with the settings below!   I'm going to request an Aircurve Vauto prescription when I see my sleep doctor in October.  What do you guys think about my chart?  Thank you.

You are also having quite high leaks.  Generally, full-face masks leak the most, nasal masks leak less, and nasal pillows masks leak the least. I don't know if you are open to wearing a different type of mask.  With a full-face mask people often tighten it down too much, thinking it will stop leaks.  It can have the opposite effect.  The mask needs to sit gently on your face, then when the air fills the mask it presses down a little on your face, blocking leaks.

One way or another you need to get the leaks under control.  I went to a pillows mask and the Bleep and use mouth tape to stop leaks.  It's working for me, but I know it's not for everyone  Good luck!   Smile

Hi, thank you.  I'll try anything.  I'll try my nasal pillows tonight with cover-roll tape on my mouth and report back.

I dozed without the mask.  Then when I woke up I used nasal pillows and cover roll tape.  Had horrible leaks still smh.

You may be like me in needing to use 2-inch wide tape cut to about 5-1/2 inches long.  Narrower or shorter and I still leak.  You are already using 2-inch wide tape but try cutting it longer.  That should work.
