Silicone of new FF mask is hard for 2 weeks
#1
Question
Silicone of new FF mask is hard for 2 weeks
Hi,

when I start using a new full face mask, the first two weeks are quite uncomfortable because the silicone part of the mask is still very hard and stiff.
After about two weeks of continuous use, it softens, and it's easier to use without irritating my skin.

Does anyone have any tricks on how to soften the silicone part without having to wear it?

Thank you in advance.

I've never had that issue with my mask cushions, and I use an F20 airfit system too, maybe some low heat from a hair dryer?

Same here, as I have the AirFit F20, F30, and F40 masks. I don't find the silicone cushions to be hard at all.  Eat-popcorn
