Statistics Column
What does 99.5% column under statistics mean? I though I understood but have doubts about 95% and 99.5%

They represent percentiles. The 95%tile's value means that for 95% of the night, that parameter was at or below that value. The 99.5%tile is used, so a momentary spike (artifact) won't be included. Since you are asking about those two percentiles, the term "Mean" is a synonym for 50%tile.
