I'm still tired after getting lots of sleep with CPAP. Do i have UARS?

We could only guess, we need data.  We get our data from OSCAR - it is completely free to download and use.  Please look at my signature to get the charts we need to help..
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Your numbers look fine.  You are set up for a straight cpap with EPR3 and your leak rate is ok.  Nothing jumps out.  Why are you at a fixed rate?  Have you tried the autoset mode setting?  If not I would like for you to give it a try.  The settings would be..

mode auto
min 7
max 11
EPR full time
EPR 3

With these setting you can turn off the ramp.  Give it a couple nights and post again.  Your post just needs to be 1 daily set of charts.  Use your F12 button on the keyboard to take the screen shot.  OSCAR is formated for F12 to format the screenshot.

Try to make it look somewhere close to this...

Hi, Sorry for the delay. These are the screenshots of the two nights with the settings you mentioned. Looking back on my sleep journal, I still felt very tired in the morning after both of these nights, despite my AHI being very low. I have seen an internal medicine specialist and done extensive bloodwork and other tests to rule out any organic cause for my fatigue. Can you tell if  I possibly have UARS?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can provide

I really do not see anything on your charts other than some leaks that may be causing arousals.  Your flow limits are very good so that doesn't indicate UARS.  Perhaps someone on the forum more knowledgeable than I will see something.

Arrow AHI < 1.0 now, but still tired? Is it UARS, RERA, arousals or FL in your FR peaks? 2SleepBetta 66 18,258 01-06-2025, 12:03 PM
