RE: Does Sleep Apnea Patients feel Worse in 2nd Half of the day?
I have been experimenting with certain pressures and setting as settings as i am getting along in this cpap treatment. one month is aboput to complete with cpap  and i have NOT felt better even a single day. I am attaching last 5 days oscar charts. 3 days it was on Fixed pressure of 12 with epr 3. and last 2 days with Pressure 8-13 with EPR 3.

Kindy review the data and suggest some changes which might help.

MY sleep study titration suggested a pressure of 9. I have alreqady attached my sleep study report earlier.

Please Help.

There's not that much of a difference in the graphs you posted.  What feels best to you, using Cpap mode or Apap mode?

Although the sleep study you posted doesn't give a lot of information, what stood out to me is the diagnosis of "nocturnal hypoxia".

'Nocturnal hypoxia is a medical condition that occurs during sleep when blood oxygen levels drop abnormally low.'

Your BP reading was pretty high too.  Are you monitoring your oxygen levels while's you sleep?  Talk to your doctor, as this may be the reason you feel so bad during the day. You may need supplemental oxygen while using the Cpap.

Oh, it takes much longer than 10 days for your body to adjust to xPAP therapy. Much longer than a month, even. Our bodies are not “plug and play”, and improving breathing is a major adjustment.

Also, I have a condition in late afternoon that has nothing to do with xPAP. I would label it “growing up English”. At 4-ish, I need tea time. This has proved an impossible need to break. No matter I change my lunch menu, eat more protein, load up on vitamins… I need the little sit time and a cuppa and some biscuits or toast. A slice of Victoria sponge is even better.
Since you’re in India, you might consider whether you have a cultural habit to need a break like that late in the day? Or, have you tried taking a little walk to breathe in the universe? Is there some other small (non-destructive) pleasure you could incorporate into the afternoon that might contribute to feeling good about life? These little pleasures improve sleep, too!

One thing that sticks out to me and I don't have as much experience as the others in this group but I have been experimenting quite a bit myself is the prescription was for 9 cm and he's been using 12 to 14 even going as far as having 12 fixed with epr F3 and I'm just wondering if he should be trying lower pressures such as possibly 10 or 11 slowly go down and see what happens.
I haven't noticed any mouth breathing on the leak charts that he has had maybe others can chime in about that?

Okay just noticed your last set of charts and you really look dialed in with the lower pressure for sure my suggestion and I am not sure about the other board members but I think you should be getting down to around 9 cm like your prescription says and see how that feels for a few days not sure about the epr though?
