Go it to work with 19v trigger cable

Two nights. Not sure what happened third night but it drained. I think it slipped off a little so it was drawing more. Overall I'm happy with the setup. Ifmonlymi could find a right angle barrel adapter instead of the straight one if have.

Quick reply...
In my experience a cpap machine use just shy of 100Wh per night. I've measured this with both my machines (Resmed Airsense 10 Auto en Resmed Airsense 11 Auto) no heated tube, no humidifier running.
I have several 12 volt batterypacks. The Chinese 88.8 Wh set won't make it through the night. And yes, I've measured how much energy went in during charging.
Interestingly, it doesn't really matter if you use a small inverter to mains voltage (200 Watt or smaller) or a buck/boost converter (12 v to 24 v DC). Both use about the same amount of energy per night. The buck/boost converter is significantly smaller and lighter, but it can only run the cpap machine. The inverter can run just about everything small that uses mains voltage.
Just one warning. If you are going for the inverter, make sure you use a true sinewave inverter. Anything that says modified sine wave is likely to fry your electronic stuff.

If you need to get a battery, get at least 150 Wh of energy, preferably a bit more, per night. Your battery will loose some of its capability over time, so take that into account.

Cheers,

Charan

Yeah on paper it shouldn't, but I'm pretty confident it drained my 200wh camper batteries. Well that combined with some other 12v stuff overnight.

I've used my group 32 deep cycle marine/rv battery for 3 nights without a charge using my humidifier and machine (DS1) without an issue and it has around a 50 percent charge left...
