Three month overview
Hi all,
I've been using CPAP now nearly 5 months! And it has really improved things for me, feeling a lot less groggy, more refreshed, less irritable and stressed. I still love to sleep though and do get an afternoon nap almost every day.

I wondered if I can get even better results, so am attaching my last 3 months overview. I would welcome any thoughts or possible improvements!

Someone more knowledgeable than I is going to come in here and ask for daily charts.

As Paula said, we need daily charts. Read the link in my sig “Organise your OSCAR Charts” for proper formatting.

Thank you, attaching the last six days.
Here's 18th to 20th Nov..

and 21st to 23rd Nov.

I can provide more zoomed in if required, as I nap every day it makes it more zoomed out over the whole day!

RE: Three month overview
Overall things are looking just grand. A few things to fine-tune if you want to try for some small improvements…

I reckon your pressure is a bit low. The median is close to 9, so adding a bit more should help smooth things out. Try setting it to 9-12 EPR 3 full-time.

The leaks while not in the danger zone, still look to be impacting your sleep quality as they are likely causing some of the arousals in your chart. Given the duration of the leaks I would postulate they are mouth leaks. A soft cervical collar or mouth tape should help.

Consider giving those a try and let us know how it goes…

@PeaceLoveAndPizzaOverall

Thank you!
I have upped it to min 8 and will look at increasing to 9 after a short while of seeing what that does.
Also ordered a soft collar as I think you are right, I do wake up with a dry mouth sometimes.

Will give it a few weeks and report back! Thanks again! Smile
