[Treatment] Using BIPAP since 11/2020 and AHI are averaging 23 per hour over the last year

Using BIPAP since 11/2020 and AHI are averaging 23 per hour over the last year
I am a 70 year old female using a Resmed AirCurve 10S Bipap with AirTouch F20 Medium full face mask since Nov. 2020 and my obstructive sleep apnea has never been under control.  I will be on a bipap pressure of 17/13 starting 3/22/2022.  I also have a few central sleep apneas which are not that prevalent during Bipap treatment. My AHIs while on bipap have been ~29 the past month, 25 the past three months, and 22 over the past year. The highest AHI was 48 while on the bipap. My sleep doctors have tried numerous pressure settings from 11/7 to 18/14 and nothing seems to work. We have gone back to sleep pressures that were better in the past (AHI in the teens) and now the AHIs are much worse (AHIs from 20s-40s).  My oxygen is dropping at night based on a Virtuox overnight O2/Pulse study in Jan. 2022 and the Wellue ring I started wearing occ. at night in Feb. 2022. I am only able to sleep on my back and rarely can sleep on my one side.  My current sleep doctor is referring me to Cleveland Clinic to see if the Inspire might help me and has prescribed 75 mg. Sunosi.  I am very frustrated/exhausted and would appreciate any suggestions that might help me.  Thanks.

Welcome to the board. We work with data that comes from OSCAR. It is a free program you can download from the top of the site. You need a SD card in the machine when you sleep And post a night

I know you want someone to suggest what to do but without the data from Oscar we would just be guessing.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Should probably post results of your pulse oximetry monitoring.

And thinking might be needing a Dropbox account as well.

Thank you Stacey.  I have downloaded Oscar and obtained a card reader. Do you use attachments to post Oscar results to this site?  I will get my sister to help me with the card reader and downloading the ResMed BIPAP and Wellvue O2/HR info to Oscar.

Thank you.  My sister will have to help me with the dropbox account.  Is it possible to post more the one night of data from Oscar so you can see trends?
