how can i get better results with cpap
i cant seem to get below a 5 or 6 AHI a night, wondering if my machine could be setup better? Im still clenching horribly in the night and i wake up a few time to rotate/toss, but i can fall back asleep pretty fast.

Your pressure swings indicate to me that your pressure is too low. Try the following:
Min pressure 8 Max pressure 12 EPR 2 full-time No ramp The CA clusters at the end look positional, so try using a lower pillow and a soft cervical collar to help keep the airway open. You have some leaks, not a lot by any measure, so something to keep an eye on. The SCC should help with that as well if they are mouth leaks. We may have to creep the pressure up or increase/reduce EPR depending on how things go.

Your AHI is driven by central apneas. If you have only just started therapy, then it's normal to get central apneas caused by treatment. Typically, they'll subside for many patients with time. Lowering your pressure and / or EPR can help with that, but it's not a necessity; waiting is the other option. Should the centrals persist over the longterm, then switching to a more advanced PAP mode would be the recommendation.
