I just bought an Apple Watch SE version 8 about 2 weeks ago and I’m told that I can download the MyAir app.

I have a Mi band 9 on order. Do you know How often the data is updated for SPO2? For example, is the watch updating every second or a different interval?
Now I am wondering if tha days can be synced to OSCAR?
