I wonder if the DME can see the nightly logs?  That would make it easier for us to prove to them its broken.

The DME may swap out or sell a new power supply at a reasonable price. I remember when I had a problem with a power supply, I bought a new one from the DME, and it was so cheap, I got two. I have not seen a power supply fail intermittently, but you never know.
