RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
8 -10 Feb graphs.

I tried to cram as much data as possible in there. I feel like I am starting to settle into the current settings, although I have been somewhat sick lately and my ability to sleep has been suffering as a result. Tidal volume looks good, from what I can see, but still not sure what is going on with hypopneas and OA's. At first the IPAP was uncomfortable, but like I said it feels like I am getting used to it.

Thank you

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
Increased PS and IPAP by .2 for last two nights as well as a bump in in cycle. Changing cycle to high, comfort level has increased, with spontaneous at 99%, and now I:E at over 1:2 for the night of the 18th. If the tidal volume is good as it sits, then are we set here or are we still looking for that magical setting?

AHI coming down, but flow limit still holding where it is at.

Thoughts?
