Dreamstation Go Setting

Dreamstation Go Setting
Hi All, I just got my Dreamstation Go and set it up for use last night. I think I have the setting set as close to me Resmed A10 machine as possible. Not sure about the AFlex?  I think that is similar with EPR on the A10? My AHI jumped to 3.83 last night. My average since starting in Feb. of this year is 2.05. Do any of you gurus see anything that needs to be changed?

RE: Dreamstation Go Setting
Philips machines are slower to respond with higher pressure to address OA's versus a Resmed's algorithm. You may wish to increase your low pressure to about 9.5 to 10 cm to address this latency.

You are where you would be tweaking, very small changes, and for a period of time. Those changes should be based more on how you feel more than your numbers.

How do you feel?
