[Equipment] Help me pick the right Airfit F40 size, please!

So I’m always terrible at getting the right size of these things. I’m buying online so I can’t get sized in person. 

Looks to me like Medium might be best?

Some suppliers have a size gauge You can print and cut out ..
It should right with the sale page for the mask ..
It needs to be size adjusted with the scale on the side of the page ..
That is best way I know of to get the right size to start ..

Sorry, I should have made it more obvious, but that Imgur link shows me with a printout of the size gauge. I’m just not good at reading them!

The charts I have seen are color coded .. You hold it up to Your nose 
and look at it in the mirror .. If Your border line on a size buy the 
next size larger ..
