I thought you were a new user and you were under evaluation. Are you going back for regular check-ups and having your data read from the machine, though I think it doesn't count central apnea. If you have been on it for 12 months, they should have you back for another study, using a machine and mask. To make sure you AHI is being well treated. Or at the minimum a trial of a machine that measures all apnea events.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Thanks ajack, for your valuable information.

Now I am in Santander 500 km from Madrid, but I have already got an appointment with a new pulmonologist specialized in apnea on the day July 10 in Madrid.

I hope to resolve many of the doubts that have arisen and to make the most appropriate decisions.

With new and better information and tests, I will contact you again in the forum.

Thanks for everything and regards.

Thanks
