Lövenstein prisma 25 ST low AHI score
Previously in my 7 years sleep apnea story I mentioned that I switched from philips ASV device to Lövenstein prisma ST device.for 2 months I was getting high ahi ratios sometimes 4-5 and sometimes 11-12. I was using the device in st mode and epap min 10 epap max 13, ps min/max 4 pressure setting.and finally I tried a setting change.I changed the trigger from automatic mode to 2. for a week ahi score is always at 1 level rarely 2-3.  Now I wake up rested and without sleep interruption.

Trigger IN settings:
1 Very sensitive
2 Normal
3 Very robust
Auto

Why do you think this change was so effective?
