RE: Taking a leap
You are - large leak and intentional leak are two different things. Tightening may not be the answer, btw. However, I am not an expert at fitting FFMs, and you may want to ask some of the FFM wearers on the board how to get a better fit.

Hi DocWils,
Being that you use a P10 mask, what resistance control setting do you use on your system one machine?

Does that sound about right? I ask because my DME told me to leave it on 0 or off. I'm curious to see if there is a noticeable difference.

ResMed machines tend to jump the pressure much more quickly, which some patients have found bothersome and have changed brands. What at first bothered me greatly when using a PRS1 machine during a titration was that I was used to the ResMed version of EPR and the PRS1 version (A-Flex) felt very annoying to me. Probably would have been just a matter of getting used to it, but instead I asked that it be turned off. When swapping machines, each can keep their hose and mask, swapping only the machine itself.
