If you requested the clinical manual from Apneaboard forum the TiMin and TiMax are described on pages 6-7. PS is described on page 4. You are probably safe leaving them at defaults unless you have some unique breathing patterns (unusual number of breaths per minute or inhale/exhale ratio).
