CPAP to BiPAP...

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
You have much better result with a ps of 5, it greatly reduce you flow limitation.
You 95% pressure is close to the 99% but according your med pressure and the graph, you can keep it like that the time for you to adapt on a long term to this pressure.
What I would try now is to increment PS very slowly, for example 0,2 every 3 to 4 days to see if you can get a more regular/flat flow rate and tidal volume graph. Also everytime you do this, increment of 0,2 as well your IPAP.

Last nights graphs.

Which direction on IPAP and PS. up or down increments?

Is my high IPAP pressure contributing to leaks and driving pressures up?

Up increments. Adding more PS will reduce the flow limitation and that's because of flow limitation the machine increment the EPAP/IPAP according the range defined.
But with EPAP of 8 over IPAP 14 with a PS a 5, you just have a possible fluctuation of 1.
Higher pressure contribute to more leak.
Your mask need to fit well and have to be properly adjusted.
Leak graph is missing in your chart.

Oops, missed the leak graph; see new attached graph indicating leaks.

I have been sleeping so hard lately, I am guessing due to the stabilization of these settings, that I roll to my side and my pillow is pushing my mask over to leak. Wife told me this morning I was hissing out my mask while on my side.

Thank you again!

Yes, the hardest part when you add pressure is to manage properly the leak.
It doesn't look too bad, you are using a nasal mask right? Because most leak looks like mouth leak.
On my side to properly manage leak with nasal mask, I have to tape my mouth, this way I don't have any leak

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
I have tape, and a chin strap. I’ll use one of those tonight to see where that takes us.

Wife looked at me now after reading your reply and told me my breath was extra bad this morning so it’s probably a mouth leak ?

Yes, try it. For tape, better use medical one.
What makes your wife said your breath was extra bad, can she describe what she saw/heard?

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
She said that it sounded like the leak was coming out of my mouth at times. It’s not frequent, not like full blown mouth leak, but not faint either. Bad breath coming from the fact that the leak is drying my mouth out.

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
Ok so yes, you have to solve that with chin strape or tape, and if it really doesn't work for you then try full face mask.
And my side, I tried chin strap without good result, mouth leak make me wake up and I don't feel good with full face mask so my best combo to kill any leak is bleep port mask and mouth very well taped with lips pinched. TheLanky made great video about how properly tape this mouth.

RE: CPAP to BiPAP...
I got found my tape and could take another shot at my f30i if that or the chin strap doesn't improve my scenario.

Thank you
