Does this graphic snapshot pass muster.  I come to believe I have been posting in the wrong area.  Please forgive me.  Anyway any tips would be appreciated.  I don't seem to be able to change my profile name for some reason.

I've moved this thread you started in Software Support to the main forum, as this is not a software issue.

If you want advice with your Cpap therapy, the Main Forum is the correct place to post.

RE: Graphic snapshot
If you are referring to changing your OSCAR profile name. then that will be active in the next release. If you are referring to your Apnea Board username, then you can not change that.

RE: Graphic snapshot
Chronic, your Oscar chart shows that your DS 2 with pressure range of 11.0 to 15.0 Your AHI is at 2.8, mostly obstructive events per hour. I think you can pretty much discount the CA events as they coincide with other obstructive apnea, hypopnea and flow limits.  The events occur in clusters which is characteristic of what we call "positional apnea" or chin-tucking. We have a wiki discussing it here: https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea

Your pressure settings should be effective once you resolve the source of this positional obstruction. Be sure to avoid multiple pillows, or tall firm ones, and sleeping on an incline.  Some members see improvements by staying off their backs.  A common remedy is a soft cervical collar. It's not as bad as it sounds, and it prevents the kind of head and neck misalignment that can obstruct the airway. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...cal_Collar

As you look at these wiki articles you should recognize you're not alone in having these clusters of events, and that it's possible to get much better results without ever changing your settings.  It may be worth zooming in on your chart at a 3 to 4 minute resolution to see if there are any issues with the flow rate.  Philips Dreamstation CPAPs don't give us as many options as the Resmed and some others, but it's useful to identify flow limitation if it exists and understand your options to deal with it.

RE: Graphic snapshot
Thank you Sleeprider! I have finally got off my dead axx onto my dying feet and ordered a soft cervical collar on Amazon. Also Wednesday I am supposed to be getting a new Resmed Airsense 10 autoset card to cloud. After I use it for a few days and the SCC I will post a few screenshots. I appreciate everything.

RE: Graphic snapshot
Ok, here I am back with 3 nights on my Resmed and the same 3 nights with my new futuro soft cervical collar.  Probably wrong of me to put them both on at the same time but I did.  I guess that's all that need be said by me.  The rest is up to you good folks.  Well here goes.

RE: Graphic snapshot
I should have said the mornings after each of those nights I have felt the best in some time, I usually wake up with kind of a dull headache and usually wake up way too early I love that resmed, my wife loves it also. I got along fine with the soft collar. I like the whole setup so far. I pray it continues. Again, I can't thank you enough, esp S.R for helping me.
