He also lowered his minimum pressure from 10 to 8. That may have had an impact on the FL too.

I didn't realise I'd lowered the min! I think I meant to put the ramp pressure to 8 not the min to 8. I've been advised to bump min up to 13.

Okay here is last nights sleep with EPR 3, min 10.

Definitely feel a little better, although still hard getting up, felt on the verge of dropping back asleep for the first hour and I'm started to feel better now 90 mins later.

Very happy with the AHI 0.99 although it still looks like theres still alot of RERAs.

FL did not decrease, 99.5 actually rose to 0.44

It doesn't look much like a restful sleep. Every now and then, we see someone who obtains a low AHI, uses EPR, but the FL still doesn't drop.

The only thing to try would be to inch up your minimum pressure a bit more. Try 12cm tonight. If the pressure doesn't bother you, we can move it to 13.

Let's see where this goes. Unfortunately, this is trial and error. You may just need more EPR/Pressure Support (BiLevel).

Okay thanks for the response! I can certainly try bumping the pressure up bit by bit.

My sleep clinic is great, they've offered me to go into the clinic during dropins if I have any issues, need a different mask, need any accessories etc but it's 4 hours away at university. Won't be back there for another 2~ weeks.

I could visit them during one of those session next month and see if they offer other machines. I will have a 3 monthly check-in too where they will review my data/condition and see if anything needs amending.
